Thank you for visiting the chamberbargains.com Web Website ("Website"). Please review these Website terms of use which govern your use of our Website and any purchases that you make utilizing the Website. By accessing or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understand, and consent to be bound by these terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms then please exit the Website. This Website is managed by Rocker Travel.

We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets. For events and tickets that are date sensitive, tickets will not be replaced or exchanged prior to or after the expiration date or event date for any reason. Please note that some orders may require express shipping to ensure a timely and secure delivery.

Our Orlando pickup location and customer service center will be closed on Christmas Day. Although we are open on Saturdays and Sundays, ticket deliveries to hotels are not available on the weekends. All orders placed for a delivery to hotel must be ordered no later than 2pm on that preceding Thursday and scheduled for Friday delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges

  1. There are no refunds under any circumstances.
  2. We are not responsible for the actions of the US Postal Service, Federal Express or UPS.  We will not extend a refund or exchange if you do not receive your package before your vacation.
  3. Weather, illness, or any other emergencies do not affect our no refund - no exchange policy.

Chamberbargains may revise this Agreement by updating this posting. By using this Website you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then current terms of use to which you are bound.
